About the Lab

Research at the intersection of trauma and digital health

The Trauma Stress Lab (TSL) at Chung-Ang University Red Cross College of Nursing has been operating since 2015. Our interdisciplinary team studies disaster trauma, community mental health, and develops evidence-based digital interventions.

We bridge the gap between academic research and practical tools — developing mobile apps and simulation programs that help healthcare workers and survivors recover from traumatic stress.
